WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are actively seeking an HR Intern to assist with the HR daily operations and processes; administer projects and maintain records and data.HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Draft contracts and other admin documentation
• Respond to employment verification requests
• Help with day-to-day employee inquiries
• Support the team in conducting the onboarding process and keeping the HRIS up to date.
• Assist with audits of benefits, compliance reporting or other HR programs
• Maintains EEO logs and facilitates timely processing of related reports
• Visa administration support: Organizing and maintaining visa-related documents, including application forms, passports, and supporting materials.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects, tasks, and initiatives

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Extremely high level of attention to detail
• Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
